Pastor Scott Delk is the Lead Pastor of LifeHouse Church in Raleigh, NC. He is the son of the late Reverend Timothy C. and Wilhelmenia Delk and was raised in Chesapeake, VA, where he received his initial ministry training at St. Stephens and Cathedral of Faith. After graduating as Senior Class President from Indian River High School in 1984, he attended Norfolk State University, graduating with honors. During his time there, he co-founded Praise Fellowship, a thriving Christian organization that established other college campus ministries and has since birthed Senior Pastors nationwide.

At the peak of his professional career as the West Coast Regional Director of GEICO Insurance Company, Pastor Scott retired at the age of 38 in 2004 to pursue full-time ministry. He served as an Elder, Operations Director, and Worship Pastor at The Well Church in California, where he and his music department produced their first CD, The Revelation of Jesus Christ.

In 2012, Pastor Scott and his family relocated to Central Florida, where he served as an Executive Pastor at Alive Church, and his wife, Teikeshia, a Master Educator and Author, served as the Director of the ministry's preschool. They faithfully served on the Pastoral Staff until 2016 when they were released to plant a new ministry in Raleigh, NC.

Pastor Scott has traveled across the nation and internationally, preaching in countries such as Japan, Cambodia, and Ghana. He is an author and currently mentors Pastors, Christian Business Leaders, Professional Athletes, and Entertainers. With a passionate desire to see individuals reach their fullest potential and destiny in God, Pastor Scott and his wife of 31 years, Teikeshia, have two children: Raven, a graduate of Vanderbilt University, an author, and an international business leader, and Ryan, a high school honor student and athlete.
