Pastor Scott is a graduate of Norfolk State University and has furthered his studies for a Masters Degree in Communications. As a former Regional Director of Operations for a major insurance carrier and having over 30 years of ministry experience Pastor Scott has a unique gift mix to lead a church in the modern era.
